Cantonese BBQ Pork Rub

Inspired by the flavors of Cantonese char siu, this Chinese BBQ spice mix is good for so much more than authentic Cantonese BBQ pork. Use as a BBQ dry rub for chicken, tofu, and other proteins prior to grilling. Season stir-fries, or use to create a Cantonese barbecue sauce. It's also great with spring rolls, vegetables, rice, lo mein, and other noodle dishes.
