Fenugreek Seeds

Often used as an added flavoring, especially when cooking with fenugreek in Indian cuisine. Toast or roast fenugreek seeds prior to adding to recipes for a sweeter, more aromatic flavor. Add to curry or chutney, use for baking breads, or season vegetable and pot roasts. Also known as Methi seeds.
