Hibiscus Flower

Cranberry-like and slightly sweet in flavor. Edible hibiscus petals are typically used to make hibiscus tea, or other drinks and oils. Hibiscus flowers can also be crumbled and sprinkled on both savory and sweet dishes, like salads and soups, or ice cream and sorbets.
