Tomato Powder

Made from ground, dehydrated tomatoes. Use tomato powder in sauces and stews as both a seasoning and thickening agent. Try adding dry tomato powder to your homemade meatloaf recipe. Use as a substitute for tomato paste by mixing with 2-3 parts water. Dried tomato powder lasts indefinitely when stored in the fridge. For an easy homemade tomato sauce, mix 4 parts water with 1 part tomato powder. You can also use it to make tomato juice!
